Agriculture Marketing and Sales

My goal is to equip agriculture retailers with the tools and resources to maximize sales and profit opportunities in their businesses. Overcoming sales fatigue and staying motivated in customer relations are key to maintaining and growing sales and market share.

Sales workshops and modules could include:

1. How to prioritize. What is a life long customer and what is his value in dollars.
2.  Farm calls and proper and consistent follow up. How to target new customers.
3. Determining our differential advantage through our people and facilities and product offers.
4. What is cross merchandising and how to develop a strategy to tie in business opportunities.
5. Overcoming objections with proper follow up and having the focus on positive feedback.
6. Analyzing the competition and determining their strengths and weaknesses and finding ways to capitalize on their weaknesses.
7. How do I show appreciation for my top customers to make them feel that you have gone over and above in service and customer relations.
8. Persistence in sales calls and contacting customers. It is like breaking a pinata as it takes many hits to open the package.
9. Time management a goal setting each day to ensure the timely and proper follow up with customers.
10. How to transition from an order taker to a salesperson of preferred products and services.
11. Reviewing real case studies from past experience. This will be presented, discussed and concluded with the best outcome.
